File uploads
Where a form includes a file upload field, the file is uploaded to Cloudinary, and the resulting file link is stored together with your submission.
How we use it
- To register and manage memberships
- To review and record financial transactions reported to the foundation

- To keep the foundation's records accurate and reviewable, as described on our website
Storage & protection
- Form submissions are stored using Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare R2 storage.
- Access to submitted forms is restricted to foundation administrators, who must log in with a password-protected admin account.
- Admin sessions are secured using signed, time-limited access tokens.
Third-party services
The following third-party services are used by this website:
- Cloudflare — hosting of the website and storage of submitted form data.
- Cloudinary — hosting of files uploaded through form fields.
- Google Fonts — used to display the fonts on this website; loading these fonts may share your device's IP address with Google.
- WhatsApp, Facebook, and TikTok — links on this site take you directly to these platforms, each governed by its own privacy policy.
Data retention
We retain the information you submit for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including record-keeping and review of the foundation's activities, or as required by law.
